Privacy policy

Your case data

Matters, filings, dates, notes and documents you enter are stored only in a file on your own computer. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. We cannot see them, and you are responsible for backing them up.

What we do collect

When you register the software: your name, email, mobile number, city and state, the date you accepted the terms and which version, the software version, and a random ID for your installation. This is sent once, to a private spreadsheet that only the owner can open.

When you subscribe, donate or use a gift code: the software sends our licence server your name, email and mobile number, with random IDs for your profile and installation. The server keeps your subscription ID, email and installation ID, and a record that a gift code was used. It checks with Razorpay whether you have paid.

What we never receive: your card number, UPI PIN, bank password or any other payment credential. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay under Razorpay's privacy policy.

Why we use it

  1. To register your copy and to contact you about the software, its updates and your subscription.
  2. To confirm your subscription or gift code, so the software stays fully usable on your computers.
  3. To answer your messages and resolve payment problems.

We do not sell your details and do not share them, except with Razorpay to process payments, with the service providers that host the spreadsheet and the licence server (Google and Cloudflare), or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Registration details are kept while you use the software. Subscription records are kept while the subscription is active and afterwards as long as the law requires for payment records.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your registration details by writing to adv.rohitpradhan@gmail.com. We act on such requests within fifteen days. Payment records that the law requires us to keep cannot be deleted before that period ends.

This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics. It does not collect any information from you unless you write to us.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. Significant changes will also be shown in the software.
